Mather LifeWays is looking for a Director of Sales for a proposed Life Plan Community (CCRC) in the Tysons, Virginia, area. The community is planned to have 300 residences and a forecasted opening in 2022. The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading the pre-sales and sales effort, including educating prospects on the attributes of the Mather LifeWays Life Plan Community; securing deposits; and assuring move-ins in a professional and timely manner that assures achievement of occupancy goals. The incumbent will also manage the sales process including selection, training, and on-going performance management of the sales team and ensuring all inquiries, depositors, and new residents receive a consistent ‘Mather Experience.” This position is based in Tysons, Virginia.
