The Insurance Analyst is responsible for project management and analysis within the scope of sales, account management, marketing and wellness initiatives as well as responsible for gathering and validating requirements, coordinating project tasks, regular communication to the parties involved and performing some administrative duties. This individual will provide data reports to the leadership team and will assist with creating document packages and collaterals such Request for Proposal (RFP), Enrollment, Renewal and Client Reporting Package, etc.The Analyst will take initiative on Broker data management, listings as well as internal document management.Â Advanced working knowledge of all Microsoft Office capabilities (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and experience in creating Excel Charts and Pivot tables is required.
