Texoma Medical Center, a 378-bed acute care facility has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Our main campus is located in Denison, Texas, approximately one hour north of the Dallas/Fort Worth area and just south of the Texas/Oklahoma border. In addition, we have numerous facilities in locations throughout the Texoma region.

Under the direction of the Director of Quality, position responsible to coordinate the clinical management of the joint and spine population across the entire continuum of care. Provide and/or coordinate educational activities for both staff and patients. Supervise development, implementation, ad organization of the Joint and Spine program. Coordinate efforts between surgeons, hospital administration and staff, while tracking progress of the program of the program and identifying areas requiring attention. Responsible for program management, report generation and review, process improvement, and administrative activities. Adhere to the mission, vision and values of Texoma Medical Center. Coordinate the safe patient lift program ensuring that program policy, procedures and protocols are current. Partner with department leaders and key staff members. Facilitate education and training related to equipment, supplies, policies, procedures and compliance. Provide periodic program compliance reports to hospital leadership as requested.
