Foundations For Living is a secure residential treatment facility for male and female youth with mental health and/or substance abuse/dependence issues. Located in Mansfield, Ohio, on a 14 acre rolling, wooded rural setting, Foundations For Living has an easy access to I-71. Foundations For Living is a CARF accredited and state licensed facility offering individual, group, and family therapy to our residents. We are recruiting a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), currently licensed in the state of Ohio in good standing, to provide support to our nursing team. The successful candidate is a dedicated, compassionate professional experienced in working with youth with mental health or substance-related disorder diagnoses. The nurse explicitly supports our mission of providing an environment of safety where our youth feel empowered to heal the wounds of the past and build a foundation of hope for the future. Duties may include: providing medical services within the scope of his/her license nursing tasks such as assessments and treatment of youth, including medication administration and basic first aid completion of required nursing reports and documentation monthly medication changeover process assist Psychiatrists and Certified Nurse Practitioner with visits partner with the residential, clinical, and medical teams to ensure the safety and security of the facility. |
